(A) Name

Some services require a phone number to allow the use of the application for the intended purposes, given the operating mode of our services. If you provide your phone number for this purpose, we will only use it to provide the requested services and we will not use your phone number for other purposes.

(D) IP Addresses and Server Log Files

2.5 We integrate security systems on our Platform to prevent attempts and malicious exploits of the Site. We scan IP addresses and ban IP addresses that show malicious signs such as too many password failures, exploit searching, and others. We process this information for the purpose of protecting the integrity of the site and the databases linked to it. We collect your IP address based on a legitimate interest in maintaining the integrity and security of our databases.

2.6 The Platform collects a range of data and general information when a person accesses the Site. This data and general information are stored in server log files. This information is necessary for (1) resolving issues and fixing system bugs, (2) properly delivering the content of our Platform, (3) optimizing the content of our Platform as well as its advertising, (4) ensuring the long-term viability of our computer systems and website technology, and (5) providing law enforcement authorities with the information necessary for criminal prosecutions in the event of a cyber-attack. 2.8 All payments on the platform are made through third-party service providers, depending on the payment method. You hereby understand that by making a purchase on our platform, your personal information is processed and handled in accordance with the respective provisions.

4.1 Regarding the information we collect from Users about fax recipients, Telsignal acts as a processor to fulfill the User's service request. Telsignal cannot use the information collected for its own use and only collects this information on behalf of Users. With respect to this information, Users have the status of data controllers under the European GDPR directive.

5.1 Information will be stored on secure servers, controlled, and maintained in accordance with privacy protection measures. We may store or transfer information about data subjects located in the EU to servers located in countries deemed adequate by the European Commission, or in countries that the European Commission has not deemed inadequate, provided that these countries implement appropriate and adequate safeguards regarding the security of personal information.

5.2 Information is stored on servers only for the time necessary to provide the services and maintain the integrity of our databases. We will keep records of processing activities for the purpose of demonstrating compliance with the EU GDPR.

5.3 Some services require the use of third-party solutions. When you are redirected from our site to a third-party website, you are no longer interacting with our site.
